Info: In addition to the regularly scheduled Board meeting on May 16, the Board will be convening a brief organizational/communications work session on Friday, May 15 from 9:30 AM-10:30 AM PDT. All Capes homeowners are invited to attend via the regular monthly BOD meeting Zoom link.

Next Regular Meeting Date: May 16, 2026
Time: 9:30 AM open forum followed immediately by the regular BOD meeting. Open forum will end either when all owners present have been heard OR at 10:00 AM, whichever comes first.
