2018 Dues Rates Reminder

Just in case you missed it in November…and December…here are the new dues rates for 2018:

  • Undeveloped lots – $126 per month
  • Cottages – $134 per month
  • Single Family Homes – $134 per month
  • Town Homes – $254 per month

If you use your bank’s autopay service, please remember to log in and update your monthly payment amount to the current rate!

Got Gutter Problems?

If you’ve got gutter clutter, it’s not too late to get in on our group gutter cleaning! Steve Pieren will be doing the cleaning over the next few weeks as weather permits. If you’d like to get in on the action, send a check in to the office ASAP (PO Box 404, Oceanside, OR 97134). The price is $135 for town homes and $190 for single family homes. Checks should be made out to STEVE PIEREN.

Game Night?

This is an information-gathering mission to see who would be interested in getting together for a monthly Game Night at the Bridge House. We’ve got Pictionary, several different versions of Trivial Pursuit, playing cards, and if we can get a large enough group together, we’ve even got all of the necessary ingredients for Bunco. (For those who’ve never heard of Bunco, it’s a fun dice game for 12 or more people that requires no skill whatsoever.) If this sounds like your idea of a good time, let me know! Maybe Saturday, January 20th to start?
